As a Credit Control Team Leader, you will be responsible for leading a team of credit controllers to ensure efficient and effective management of the organisation's credit and collections process. You will play a key role in minimizing bad debt risk, improving cash flow, and maintaining strong relationships with customers.Requirements

Proven experience in credit control, with at least 3 years in a leadership or supervisory role.
Strong knowledge of credit management principles, practices, and techniques.
Excellent leadership and team management skills.
Effective communication and interpersonal abilities.
Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret financial data and trends.
Proficiency in using accounting software and Microsoft Office Suite.
Experience of working within Salesforce and Acumatica would be beneficial.
