Dental Receptionist

Job Description

We currently have a dental receptionist position at our dental practice in Hereford. We are looking for someone with a caring nature and good communication/customer service skills to join our team as Dental Receptionist. This would be on a 4 day per week basis Monday - Thursday.

Implants, Orthodontics, Cosmetic Dentistry and Oral Surgery are carried out at the practice. An opportunity for someone to develop their skills as part of a great team. Training will be provided but a level of medical receptionist experience is required.

As our Dental Receptionist, you will be a great communicator that really cares about providing excellent care to our patients in the practice by email or over the telephone.

• You will be knowledgeable about the services the practice provides.
• Providing patients of the practice with a warm welcome and making them feel at ease.
• Answering the telephone in a friendly and helpful manner.
• Making all the necessary patient checks in accordance with practice policy.
• Scheduling appointments, through email or by telephone.

This role will suit someone who has worked in a similar position in a dental practice or other healthcare setting, you will have all the attributes required to provide a high-quality service to our patients and understand the support your team needs.

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time, Permanent

Pay: £12.21-£12.50 per hour
