Job Responsibilities:

• Perform general dental procedures, including fillings, crowns, bridges, root canals, and extractions.
• Provide comprehensive patient care with a focus on quality and long-term oral health.
• Educate patients on treatment options and work with the team to improve case acceptance.
• Collaborate with specialists and support staff to ensure top-tier patient experiences.
• Maintain accurate clinical records and uphold high standards of care.

Compensation:

Base Salary + Commission on Production

Requirements:

✔ DDS/DMD degree from an accredited dental school
✔ Active California dental license
✔ Strong clinical skills in general dentistry
✔ Excellent patient communication and case presentation skills
✔ A team player with a growth-oriented mindset

Unlike other dental groups, we do not limit our associates to general dentistry.

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time

Pay: $224,780.00 - $350,000.00 per year

Schedule:

• Monday to Friday

Supplemental Pay:

• Bonus opportunities
