Associate General Dentist

Job Description

We are seeking a compassionate and skilled Associate Dentist to join our dynamic dental team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for providing high-quality dental care to our patients while ensuring a comfortable and welcoming environment. This role requires a strong understanding of dental procedures, excellent communication skills, and a commitment to patient education and care. We are PPO/FFS.

Responsibilities

• Perform comprehensive dental examinations and assessments for patients of all ages.
• Diagnose dental conditions and develop appropriate treatment plans.
• Provide preventive, restorative, and emergency dental services, including but not limited to fillings, crowns, root canal therapy, and extractions.
• Maintain accurate medical records and document all patient interactions in accordance with practice policies.
• Educate patients on oral health care practices, treatment options, and preventive measures.
• Adhere to infection control protocols to ensure the safety of patients and staff.
• Collaborate with dental hygienists and support staff to deliver exceptional patient care.
• Stay updated with advancements in dentistry through continuous education and training.

Requirements

• Doctor of Dental Surgery (DDS) or Doctor of Medicine in Dentistry (DMD) degree from an accredited institution.
• GPR/AEGD is preferred and 1-2 years of experience is a plus.
• Valid state dental license with no restrictions on practice, DEA, CDS and Malpractice Insurance.
• Proficiency in dental terminology and familiarity with medical records management.
• Knowledge of anatomy relevant to dentistry and experience in pediatric dentistry is preferred.
• Experience in Molar Endo, Implant Placement is a plus.
• Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport with patients of diverse backgrounds.
• Commitment to providing high-quality patient care while adhering to ethical standards in dentistry.

Salary - $600-800/Daily or 30% of Adjusted Production

Days: Monday or Wednesday & 2 Saturdays in a month
