Job Summary
We are seeking a skilled and compassionate Dentist to join our dental practice. The ideal candidate will be responsible for providing high-quality dental care to patients of all ages, ensuring their comfort and satisfaction throughout their treatment. The Dentist will perform a variety of procedures, including examinations, extractions, and oral surgeries, while maintaining a safe and aseptic environment in the clinic.

Responsibilities

• Conduct comprehensive patient assessments and develop individualized treatment plans.
• Perform dental extractions, oral surgeries, and other necessary procedures with precision.
• Utilize medical imaging techniques to diagnose dental conditions accurately.
• Implement four-handed dentistry techniques to enhance patient care and efficiency during procedures.
• Maintain an aseptic technique throughout all procedures to ensure patient safety.
• Provide pediatric dental care, addressing the unique needs of younger patients.
• Educate patients on oral hygiene practices and preventive care to promote overall health.
• Collaborate with dental hygienists and support staff to ensure a smooth workflow in the dental office.
• Stay updated on advancements in dentistry and participate in continuing education opportunities.

Requirements

• Doctor of Dental Surgery (DDS) or Doctor of Medicine in Dentistry (DMD) degree from an accredited institution.
• Valid state dental license to practice dentistry.
• Proficiency in dental extractions, oral surgery, and medical imaging techniques.
• Strong knowledge of anatomy related to dental health and procedures.
• Excellent patient assessment skills with a focus on delivering compassionate care.
• Experience working in a dental clinic environment is preferred but not mandatory.
• Ability to work collaboratively within a team-oriented setting while maintaining professionalism.
• Strong communication skills to effectively interact with patients and staff.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $175,000.00 - $200,000.00 per year

Schedule:

• Monday to Friday
• No weekends
