Essential requirements:

Should have previous experience in private dental practice, exceptional communication skills, an energetic and friendly personality. Long-term commitment is essential. Require someone that can talk through treatment plans and able to talk about financial matters with confidence. Someone who can drive sales and offer and excellent service.

Strong grammatical ability is critical as you will be liaising with patients and sending emails. Mathematic skills required for payments.

The Private Dentist Manager oversees the daily operations of a dental practice, ensuring efficiency, patient satisfaction, and compliance with regulations. Key responsibilities include managing staff, finances, and patient experience, while also handling administration, marketing, and technology.

Key Duties:

• Oversee daily practice operations and ensure compliance.
• Manage staff recruitment, training, and scheduling.
• Handle financial aspects, including budgets and billing and wages.
• Improve patient experience and implement marketing strategies.
• Maintain dental software, records, and regulatory compliance.

Requirements:

• Experience in dental practice management or healthcare administration.
• Strong leadership, organizational, and communication skills.
• Knowledge of dental procedures, insurance, and regulations.
