The Role and Practice:

• Competitive private split/£11 per UDA rate (+ increase upon completion of performer number)
• No mentor fees.
• Experienced and supportive single-site practice managers at all sites.
• Dedicated Lead Dentists with more than 10+ years experience in dentistry
• iTero to scan prospective Invisalign and private patients.
• One to one support from a Mentor that has received training from our Group Clinical Manager.
• Regular training opportunities to build skill set (including Accredited CPD webinars)

Development opportunities within the group:

• The practice has support of a Group Clinical Manager, Dr. Christine Battison, a Dentist with 20+ years experience in dentistry and expertise in developing overseas Dentists
• Regular catch-ups with the Group Clinical Manager
• A&U Evolve, our own training initiative compromising of the opportunity to shadow, attend peer reviews and our annual conference.Work with clinicians in our group to develop short term orthodontics skills.

- Develop facial aesthetics experience.- Opportunity to train to provide sedation

- Observe and develop from an experienced minor oral surgeon- Observe and learn implant dentistry from our in-house implantologist

• Associate Development Scheme - course contribution of up to £1,000 available.
• We spend a significant budget on marketing including an in-house Marketing Manager and have excellent Google Reviews at all our sites.Why are we different?

Job Type: Part-time

Pay: £40,000.00-£120,000.00 per year
