Overview
We are privately owned practice seeking a dedicated and skilled Dentist to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for providing high-quality dental care to patients of all ages, ensuring their comfort, being relatable, and help them understand their needs.

Responsibilities

• Perform comprehensive dental examinations and assessments for patients.
• Thoroughly diagnose and treat dental conditions
• Collaborate with dental hygienists, assistants, and administrative staff to ensure efficient patient flow.

Skills

• Experience in general dentistry practices including restorative, root canals, extractions, dentures
• Familiarity with pediatric dentistry techniques for treating younger patients.
• Excellent interpersonal skills for effective patient communication and care delivery.
• Strong organizational skills to maintain accurate patient records and appointments.

Office has modern equipment including: CBCT, implant systems, intraoral scanner, electric handpieces, laser, digital x-rays, and more.

Daily minimum will be guaranteed for the first three months or percentage of collections (whichever is greater). Must be licensed to practice in the state of Texas and have personal malpractice insurance. No prior work experience required. Owner-dentist will be present for mentorship and guidance.

Pay: From $175,000.00 per year
