UDA Quota: Negotiable
UDA Rate: £12 Negotiable
Private Rate: 50%
Laboratory Fee Rate: 50%
Established lists to take over from
Digital Radiography at all sites, new Denstply Sirona Chairs
Computerised with Dentally

2 Year commitment signing on bonus scheme to include one of:
1. Sign-on bonus of £5000
2. Company car for 2 years.
3. Contribution toward Accommodation up to the value of £500pcm for 1 year
4. Contribution toward childcare up to the value of £500pcm for 1 year
5. Health insurance for 2 years
6. Fixed private rate of 55% of total gross income

Pay: £60,000.00-£100,000.00 per year
