Associate Dentist Position – New Graduates Welcome!

Our dental practice is seeking a dedicated Associate Dentist to join our team. We offer a supportive work environment with mentorship and coaching to help you grow professionally. Our office is equipped with modern, digital dental technology, including digital x-rays, CBCT Panorex, and digital scanners.

Responsibilities:

• Perform dental exams, diagnoses, and treatment planning
• Provide comprehensive dental services to patients
• Communicate with patients on the importance of oral health and proper hygiene
• Work closely with our team to provide high-quality care
• Ensure accurate patient record maintenance

Qualifications:

• DDS or DMD from an accredited dental school
• Valid Virginia dental license and DEA registration
• Experience with Eaglesoft preferred but not required
• Strong communication and people skills

Compensation & Benefits:

• $200,000 guaranteed salary or 30% of collections
