Job Summary
We are seeking a dedicated and skilled Associate Dentist to join our dental practice. The ideal candidate will provide high-quality dental care to patients of all ages, ensuring a comfortable and positive experience. This role requires a strong foundation in general dentistry, along with the ability to perform various dental procedures and maintain accurate medical records in compliance with HIPAA regulations.

Duties

• Conduct thorough patient assessments to determine oral health needs and develop treatment plans.
• Perform a variety of dental procedures, including root canal therapy, oral surgery, dental extractions, and general dentistry services.
• Maintain detailed and accurate medical records in accordance with HIPAA standards.
• Stay current with dental terminology and advancements in the field to provide the best care possible.
• Collaborate with other dental professionals to ensure comprehensive patient care.
• Educate patients on oral health practices and preventive care strategies.

Skills

• Proficient in patient assessment techniques and treatment planning.
• Knowledgeable in HIPAA regulations and maintaining confidentiality of medical records.
• Experience with root canal therapy, oral surgery, and dental extractions.
• Strong understanding of dental terminology and procedures.
• Ability to use electronic health record systems such as Eaglesoft for efficient record keeping.
• Excellent communication skills to effectively interact with patients and staff.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to providing high-quality patient care.

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time

Pay: $229,095.00 - $252,956.00 per year

Expected hours: 20 – 40 per week
