Job Summary

Duties

  • Conduct comprehensive dental examinations and assessments to diagnose oral health issues.
  • Develop and implement tailored treatment plans based on individual patient needs.
  • Perform a variety of dental procedures, including fillings, extractions, root canals, and preventative care.
  • Maintain accurate patient records and documentation in compliance with practice protocols.
  • Educate patients on oral hygiene practices and preventive care to promote long-term health.
  • Collaborate with dental hygienists, assistants, and administrative staff to ensure efficient patient flow and high-quality care.
  • Stay updated on the latest advancements in dentistry through continuous professional development.

Skills

  • Strong knowledge of anatomy related to dental health.
  • Proficiency in Computer-Aided Design (CAD) for creating dental restorations.
  • Familiarity with medical imaging techniques to assist in diagnostics and treatment planning.
  • Excellent communication skills to effectively interact with patients and team members.
  • Attention to detail and strong organisational skills to manage multiple tasks efficiently.
  • Ability to work collaboratively within a team environment while demonstrating leadership when required.
