Overview
We are seeking a dedicated and skilled Dentist to join our dental practice. The ideal candidate will be responsible for providing comprehensive dental care to patients of all ages, ensuring their oral health and well-being. You will work in a collaborative environment, utilizing your expertise in various dental procedures while maintaining a patient-centered approach.

Responsibilities

• Conduct thorough patient assessments to determine oral health needs and create individualized treatment plans.
• Perform a range of dental procedures including dental extractions, oral surgery, and restorative treatments.
• Maintain accurate medical records in compliance with HIPAA regulations and ensure confidentiality of patient information.
• Implement infection control protocols to ensure a safe environment for patients and staff.
• Utilize four-handed dentistry techniques to enhance efficiency during procedures.
• Provide pediatric dentistry services, ensuring comfort and understanding for younger patients.
• Educate patients on oral hygiene practices and preventive care to promote long-term dental health.
• Collaborate with dental hygienists, assistants, and other staff members to deliver high-quality patient care.

Skills

• Strong knowledge of anatomy related to dental health and treatment.
• Proficient in patient assessment techniques to identify oral health issues effectively.
• Experience with dental extractions and oral surgery procedures.
• Familiarity with maintaining medical records in accordance with HIPAA standards.
• Ability to perform four-handed dentistry for improved procedural efficiency.
• Experience in pediatric dentistry is a plus, demonstrating the ability to work with children effectively.
• Commitment to infection control practices to ensure patient safety.
• Excellent communication skills for educating patients and collaborating with team members.

Pay: $248,617.00 - $274,612.00 per year
