Job Opportunity: Associate Cosmetic Dentist at Dentozen, Leeds

Dentozen, a state-of-the-art dental practice located in Leeds, is seeking a skilled and passionate Cosmetic Dentist to join our growing team. Position Details:

• Start Date: ASAP
• Schedule: We are looking for a Cosmetic Dentist to work Saturdays or Sundays, with the potential to pick up an additional weekday as the practice becomes busier (after the practice has been open for a year).
• Patient List: Established referrals and a growing patient base, offering a stable and rewarding work environment.
• Treatment Focus: Mainly private, including cosmetic and restorative dentistry with some general dentistry. The ideal candidate must be able to provide cosmetic treatments, bonding, aligners, and outstanding general treatments.

Key Skills Required:

• Proficiency in cosmetic treatments such as veneers, bonding, and teeth whitening.
• Expertise in aligners, particularly Invisalign (or willingness to become proficient in this area).
• Ability to perform outstanding general dental treatments alongside cosmetic work.
• A passion for aesthetics and high-quality cosmetic dentistry.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills to build lasting patient relationships.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Pay Structure:

• 45% to 50% split on the fee per patient.
• 50% lab fee contribution for treatments involving laboratory work.
