Company Overview: Our client is a premier Health & Safety Consultancy with over 30 years of expertise in the construction sector. Specialising in fast-track retail refurbishments and a wide range of construction-related projects, Providing bespoke, professional, and practical safety solutions, they pride themselves on their flexibility, dynamic service, and a strategic network of field-based staff that ensures comprehensive nationwide coverage. Role Overview: We are seeking dedicated Health and Safety Advisors for full-time hybrid roles across multiple locations, including Essex, Hertfordshire and North Yorkshire. This role demands candidates with a solid background in construction health and safety, preferably with Principal Designer experience. A clean driving licence and willingness to travel is essential. Key Responsibilities: Ensure health and safety compliance across diverse construction sites. Represent clients as the safety authority in meetings and, where needed, act as Principal Designer. Conduct site inspections, risk assessments, and accident investigations. Develop and implement health and safety policies. Utilise excellent communication skills for report writing, phone, and in-person interactions. Qualifications: Tech IOSH certified A solid construction background. NEBOSH Diploma or NEBOSH Certificate in Construction Comprehensive knowledge of health and safety legislation, particularly CDM 2015. Strong IT skills Exceptional written and verbal communication skills. Full, clean driving licence and willingness to travel, including occasional night shifts. Proven skills in Health & Safety, Occupational Health, Accident Investigation, and Safety Training.
