Requirements

• DDS or DMD degree from an accredited school of dentistry
• Currently licensed in the state of Tennessee or if an associate, the ability to obtain a license from Tennessee in the very near future
• Current BLS/CPR certification
• Current DEA certification
• At least 2+ years experience preferred

Job Types: Full-time, Contract

Pay: From $200,000.00 per year
