Project Manager Are you an experienced Project Manager looking for your next challenge? We are partnering with a highly regarded and established Main Contractor who are embarking on an exciting £20m commercial project with high end finishes. With a reputation for excellence and a portfolio of great project across different sectors, this is a fantastic opportunity to join their team. About the role of Project Manager As the Project Manager, you will be reporting to a visiting contracts manager and be responsible for overseeing the project, ensuring it is delivered on time, within budget and to the highest standards. Managing the expectations of the clients and maintain clear and effective communication Ensuring the project is running in line with the programme Manage budgets, schedules and resources Mitigate risk and resolve any issues that arise during the project Ensure compliance with H&S standards Liaise with architects, design team and subcontractors to ensure a successful completion of the project Requirements for Project Manager Proven experience as a Project Manager within Main Contracting Track record of successfully delivering projects with high end finishes Strong leadership, negotiation and decision-making skills Experience with D&B contracts CSCS, 1st Aid and SMSTS Solid technical knowledge and previous experience on concrete frame buildings Have an exceptional attention to detail This is an amazing opportunity to join a reputable contractor who have won awards for their projects and have a strong pipeline of projects for 2025.
