Asset Finance Direct is a small, supportive team of knowledgeable professionals. You'll own agreements from initial lead all the way through to payout. Requirements

1. A basic understanding of Asset Finance and/or Banking financial products and services. 2. Excellent communication and listening skills and general ability to impress with your 3. professional manner and actions. 4. Confidence and be able to speak to lots of different types of people in any situation. 5. A flexible working approach to meet customer needs and business demands. The drive to do business, generate sales and meet operational targets. 6. The ability to proactively build relationships and networks. 7. Good numeracy and be comfortable using quoting software to commercially negotiate pricing and structure with our customers. 8. The ability to use a range of software as we use many non-bank and third party systems, and be comfortable with Excel in particular.
