Early Years Teaching Assistant in Tower Hamlets

Job Description

We are delighted to be working alongside our exclusive, established, and very friendly client as they seek to recruit an additional member of permanent staff within their Control / Customer Service Centre on a full-time basis. This is an excellent opportunity to join a great business who are expanding again in 2024. This is a role where you will be working night-shifts (no lone working) on a rota basis - four on, four off basis.

Requirements

Experience: Previous experience as a Nursery or Early Years Teaching Assistant or in a similar role is preferred.

Proactivity and Resilience: A proactive, resilient individual who can uphold high standards and bring out the best in pupils.

Versatility: Ability to support with nappy changing and cater to individual special educational needs.

Expertise: Strong understanding of SEN, safeguarding, and child protection practices.

Team Player: Ability to work collaboratively as part of a team and independently when required.

Communication Skills: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
