Job Description
As an Improvement Analyst, you'll manage projects using Waterfall, Agile, or PRINCE2 methodologies, track progress, and ensure successful delivery. You'll build strong stakeholder relationships, create requirements and design documents, and communicate effectively. You'll assess change success, identify improvements, and support complex change initiatives by understanding system architecture and overcoming barriers.
Requirements
Experience in a similar role within a customer services or complex change environment.
Knowledge of additional project management tools and methodologies.
Familiarity with business process design and continuous improvement strategies.
