Job Description

Manage accurate records of tender and contract documentsPrepare detailed bills of quantities and work schedules for accurate pricingCompile tender comparisons and considerationPresent tenders at settlement meetings with a comprehensive knowledge of the best approach to be takenOffer advice on risk and value engineering optionsWork closely with supply chains to ensure competitive tendersContribute to database tenders for historical data and average rates and supply chain databasesDevelop relationships with consultants and clientsMaximise efficiency of services, utilising all resources in conjunction with the Project Managers, and identity problems, taking the relevant action to resolve them

Requirements

    Proven Estimating Experience ideally within the Signage, Displays, Façade or Cladding SectorsExceptional written and spoken English skillsProficient in Microsoft ProductsSelf-motivated personalityAttention to detail with a right first-time attitudeOrganisation and time management skillsFull Driving License
