Job Description
Cedar are pleased to be supporting a leading Housing Association with the recruitment of an experienced Category Manager to work across M&E Category.The roles purpose is to develop and lead strategic on sourcing activities and agreeing a procurement strategy , taking a commercial and compliant approach in developing appropriate routes to market.This position is Permanent and only requires you to go into the London office once per week (sometimes twice).This is an exciting position for someone that's keen to learn, and gain new Category exposure as Level 5 or 6 CIPS funding can be offered for the role.Requirements

You will need to be qualified to CIPS level 4 to be consideredBe an experienced Procurement/Category Manager within the public sector (PCR2015)You must posses experience of working on multiple procurement projects at once, rather than one large strategic projectEnd to end Category management from market analysis through to contract award
