Job Description
We work with a number of Prime and Super Prime London Managing Agents who (between them) oversee some of the most exclusive residences in the UK.Ranging from flagship, ultra-high tech new builds to more traditional, listed historic properties, our clients focus on the key W and SW Postcodes exclusively.Requirements

5+ years block management experience (inclusive of time spent as an Assistant), undertaking the full range of duties from budget setting to major works- Exposure to wide ranging block types and tenures- Committed to providing the utmost level of service and accountability, leaving no stone unturned in terms of attention to detail- Enjoy hybrid working, but not afraid to be in the office or on site as required- Coming from a stable career background with a track record of servicing and retaining long held sites- Exposure to the prime London market would be beneficial but isnt essential, exceptional all-round leasehold management knowledge is key.
