experience Primary Intervention Teaching Assistant (SEMH)Are you passionate about making a difference in the lives of young learners facing barriers to education? We are looking for an experience Primary Intervention Teaching Assistant to join our team and work with pupils in Key Stage 1 and Key Stage 2 who are currently not in mainstream education due to a combination of behavioural and mental health challenges.This is a permanent position which will initially be payrolled through Tradewind Recruitment before going onto direct contract with the school. The position is Monday to Friday 8.30am - 4pm daily. The is a term time only position, 39 weeks a year.

Requirements

Previous experience working with pupils with SEMH issues is highly desirable. In-depth knowledge of the Key Stage 1 and Key Stage 2 primary curriculum is essential. Must hold a full UK driving licence and have access to your own vehicle as travel to local sites may be required. Ability to start ASAP in a setting based in North Chesterfield.
