Title: Air Tightness Consultant Location: Manchester Salary: £28-32k We are looking for an Air Tightness Consultant to join a leading UK consultancy that specialises in assisting clients with compliance to UK building regulations. This consultancy offers expert guidance through a team of specialist consultants and provides a comprehensive range of inspection services throughout the building process to ensure adherence to British standards for both residential and commercial properties. The key responsibilities of this role include conducting pre-test inspections and providing estimated costs. You will also be responsible for ensuring that all necessary equipment is on-site and set up correctly. Additionally, you will produce technical reports that address building issues to ensure compliance and offer actionable remedial advice.
