Requirements

Proven experience as a Mechanical Engineer with a plumbing/heating bias, specifically in reactive maintenance, preferably in a facilities management or similar environment.In-depth knowledge of plumbing and heating systems, including components, functions, troubleshooting techniques, and repair procedures.Strong diagnostic and problem-solving skills to identify and resolve issues efficiently.Excellent mechanical aptitude and hands-on experience in repairing and maintaining plumbing and heating equipment.Ability to work under pressure, prioritise tasks, and meet tight deadlines in a fast-paced reactive maintenance environment.Exceptional attention to detail and accuracy in performing repairs and documenting maintenance activities.Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively interact with clients, colleagues, and other stakeholders.
