Our client, a reputable organisation based in Bristol, is seeking a highly skilled Reward & Benefits Specialist to join their team. In this role, you will provide crucial support to the organisation in relation to their overall reward and benefits strategy. As a valued member of the HR team, you will play an instrumental role in assisting the organisation in achieving their overall goals.

Requirements

    Demonstrated experience supporting reward processes and cyclical activities, preferably in a similar role.Advanced proficiency in MS Office, especially Excel.Knowledge of HR databases and reporting tools.Possess excellent organisational skills and the ability to multitask and manage competing priorities.Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.Thorough approach with excellent attention to detail.Proven ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team.Experience in a professional services organisation would be advantageous.
