Professional qualification and membership (Royal Institute of Chartered Surveyors / MCABE / MRICS or equivalent).Comprehensive knowledge of fire safety and construction design processes (RIBA Stages of work).Understanding of building regulations, construction processes, legislation, and requirements.Experience managing site inspections, including challenging areas.Excellent communication skills (written and oral) and the ability to explain complex issues in simple terms.
