Proven experience as an Estimator/Quantity Surveyor, with a focus on roofing, cladding, and facades.Strong knowledge of materials, installation practices, and industry standards related to roofing, cladding, and facades.Excellent analytical and mathematical skills, with attention to detail.Proficiency in using estimation and quantity surveying software and tools.Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work collaboratively with a variety of stakeholders.
