My client is seeking a HR admin for 6 months. We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive HR Administrator to join their HR team. As an HR Administrator, you will play a crucial role in supporting HR functions, ensuring smooth day-to-day operations, and contributing to the overall success of the HR department. Key Responsibilities: Assist in recruitment processes, including posting job ads, scheduling interviews, and maintaining candidate records. Manage employee documentation, ensuring compliance with company policies and legal requirements. Support payroll administration and benefits coordination. Handle employee inquiries regarding HR policies, benefits, and procedures. Maintain HR records and databases, ensuring accuracy and confidentiality. Assist with onboarding and orientation for new employees. Provide general administrative support to the HR team as needed. Qualifications: Previous experience in HR or administration is preferred. Strong organizational skills and attention to detail. Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal. Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
