Job Description

Administer construction contracts, including tendering, reviews, negotiations etc.Assist with workforce oversight / subcontractor deployment & time keepingMeet with subcontractors throughout the works & approving stage payments, including accurate take offs & measurementsEvaluate & process change ordersGenerate regular cost reports & forecasts to provide Construction Manager & Directors with up-to-date financial informationMaintain accurate records of all cost related documents, contracts, invoices, payments & correspondenceCommunicate effectively with the wider teamSupport & seek best values in other areas of the business, advising & assisting where needed

Requirements

    Previous Experience with a Roofing Company/ProjectsProven Quantity Surveying ExperienceDeal with various roofing systems both Residential & Commercial i.e., Slate, Stone, Tiling, Rubber, Felt, GRP, Single Ply etc.HND or Degree in Quantity Surveying, Construction Management, or related subjectSelf-motivated, friendly, sociable, and drivenFull driving licenseCommercially awareSelf-motivated personalityAttention to detail with a right first-time attitudeOrganisation and time management skills
