Providing a 5-star customer service to the residents within a busy and diverse environment12-hour shift - 4 on 4 off shift pattern, 19:00pm-07:00am on siteBe the first point of contact for all residents, contractors and sub-contractorsWorking closely with the Head Concierge and team to ensure the safety and security of the building and reporting any issues that arise to the Property Manager and teamPolite, friendly, and approachableImmaculate appearance
