Requirements
Experience: Previous experience as a Nursery or Early Years Teaching Assistant or in a similar role is preferred. Proactivity and Resilience: A proactive, resilient individual who can uphold high standards and bring out the best in pupils. Versatility: Ability to support with nappy changing and cater to individual special educational needs. Expertise: Strong understanding of SEN, safeguarding, and child protection practices. Team Player: Ability to work collaboratively as part of a team and independently when required. Communication Skills: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
