Job Description

We are seeking a Technical Support Manager to join our team. The ideal candidate will have experience providing ongoing client support, networking, building relationships, onboarding new clients and introducing new modules to our existing client base to ensure maximum usage and client satisfaction.

Requirements

    Proven work experience in technical support in the software industryExperience within the leisure/hospitality industry, perhaps earlier on in your career.Experience of onboarding new clients would be perfect!The ability to learn quickly and adapt to new environmentsExceptional ability to communicate and create positive business relationshipsGood broad technical skillsSomone that can talk the jargon of the leisure/retail/hospitality industryAccountability and personal organisation are essentialThe ability to 'think outside the box' and deal with senior managementA proactive, creative and hugely positive personality that is full of ideas and an excellent relationship builderSomeone with brilliant people skills and considers themselves to be an 'active listener' (this is a crucial requirement)]
