y Responsibilities: - Act as the first point of contact for visitors and clients, ensuring a welcoming and professional reception experience. - Handle incoming calls, emails, and mail, directing inquiries to the appropriate departments. - Maintain a tidy and organized reception area. - Manage the Director's diary, schedule appointments, and coordinate meetings. - Assist with travel arrangements, correspondence, and other personal tasks as required. - Provide administrative support in preparing reports, presentations, and documents. - Oversee health and safety compliance across the site, ensuring all protocols and regulations are followed. - Conduct regular safety audits and maintain accurate records. - Coordinate training sessions for staff on health and safety procedures. - Assist in the planning and execution of company events, including meetings, training sessions, and corporate functions. - Liaise with vendors, venues, and other stakeholders to ensure successful event delivery. - Schedule and organize staff training programs, ensuring all employees are up to date with necessary qualifications. - Maintain training records and manage any related administrative tasks.
Previous experience in a similar administrative role is preferred. - Strong organizational and multitasking skills. - Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities. - Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint). - Ability to work independently and as part of a team. - Familiarity with health and safety regulations is an advantage. - PA or secretarial experience is a plus.
