Job Description
A reputable firm in Northampton is seeking a driven and knowledgeable Employment Solicitor (NQ+) to join their team. This role offers the opportunity to undertake both contentious and non-contentious work, contributing to the firms success while building strong relationships with clients and third-party referrers. You'll be working independently and as part of a collaborative team, handling a varied caseload with a focus on providing high-quality legal services.
Requirements
Extensive knowledge of both contentious and non-contentious employment law.Proven ability to advise businesses on all employment-related matters, including TUPE (both transfers and SPCs).Competence in drafting employment law-related documents, such as contracts of employment, director service agreements, consultancy agreements, and settlement agreements.Experience in managing employment litigation cases.Proven ability to assist in corporate transactional work, including drafting complex TUPE provisions.Adept in using case management systems, Outlook, and Word.
