Job Description
AWE are looking for 3 strong Co-ordinators to support our Talent Acquisition team. Two co-ordinators will work within our Early Careers team supporting with high volume delivery across the end-to-end assessment and selection processes for graduate, Year in Industry and Apprenticeship recruitment. The third role will support the administration and co-ordination of all AWE external recruitment events across Early Careers and Talented Professional hiring.Requirements

To be the point of contact for candidates and our assessors across the delivery of all 3 early careers and scholarship recruitment programmes.
Deliver exceptional candidate experience throughout the recruitment process
Ensure applicants are reviewed and progressed in a timely manner using our Workday Applicant tracking system.
Liaise with our 3rd party recruitment and assessment partners on day to day process delivery
Play a key support role in the delivery of our final stage assessment centres
Oversee the contracts/offers process, ensuring our Onboarding team have all the information they need on time, tracking of acceptances and resolving queries
Manage responses to queries from a range of stakeholders including universities, schools/colleges and candidates
Be a key ambassador for early careers events
