Requirements

You will already be a competent Quality professional with proven management experience within an automotive tier 1 or OEM backgroundo HNC/ Degree in a technical subject or equivalent professional level qualificationo Excellent knowledge of quality systems with particular focus on IATF16949o Strong communicator internally and in liaison with demanding OEM customerso Excellent grip of quality problem solving tools across APQP, 8D, MSA, 5Whys and root cause analysiso Excellent grasp of lean six sigma tools - green belt certification preferredo Demonstrate leadership ability to coach and build self confidence in team
