Job Description
Help/Manage Commercial Team to ensure effective working & communications Administer construction contracts, including tendering, reviews, negotiations etc. Assist with workforce oversight / subcontractor deployment & time keeping Meet with subcontractors throughout the works & approving stage payments, including accurate take offs & measurements Evaluate & process change orders Generate regular cost reports & forecasts to provide Construction Manager & Directors with up-to-date financial information Maintain accurate records of all cost related documents, contracts, invoices, payments & correspondence Communicate effectively with the wider team Support & seek best values in other areas of the business, advising & assisting where needed What wed like from youRequirements

Experience in the Infrastructure, Utilities, Or Civil Engineering sectors is a must
