Position: Data Cabling Engineer Location: North Wales (with travel across the UK) Salary: £28,000 - £32,000 per year, DOE Days: Mon-Friday, days Job Type: Permanent THE JOB As a Data Cabling Engineer, you will be pivotal in supporting, installing, and testing network infrastructure for clients across the UK. Installation and Testing: Cat6, Cat6A, and Fibre optic cables Equipment Setup: CCTV, WiFi, and Telecoms installations Fibre Splicing: Including testing, termination, and fault resolution Project Management: Site surveys, planning, and progress reporting Safe Work Practices: Adherence to health and safety standards Out-of-Hours Work: Occasional overnight stays, depending on project needs Requirements: CSCS certification (preferred) Clean driving license Enhanced DBS check Experience in fault finding, project reporting, and equipment commissioning Strong customer service skills
