Job Description
Project Manager, civil engineer, with experience in RC, Civils, Basements & Groundworks. New build superior quality residential project near Marlborough. £500 - £550 CIS or PAYE.Prime residential development. To work on a superior residential project for a quality contractor. Involves large scale RC works, new build, refurbishment and substantial structural alterations to current property. Degree in Civil Engineering or Construction Management, with 5-7 years relevant experience in substantial RC and below ground construction projects. 12 months + programme.
Requirements
An enthusiastic person who will be involved in a site-based capacity on this large private house. You will be leading the site team taking responsibility for the programming, variations, implication of delays, and contract associated paperwork.Client and design team interaction will be a considerable element.Your role will involve pre-construction work as well as live project management duties.Good commercial grasp and understanding of Temporary Works is essential.
