Job Description
To operate 360 material handlers, associated equipment and production machinery safely and efficiently.Maintain desired production rates of waste processing and or RDF production.Manage unprocessed stock piles of commercial & industrial waste.To be responsible for the daily checks of 360 material handlers. Report any defects, incidents or mechanical breakdown as and when they arise.To safely stockpile different waste streams into associated storage bunkers.Conduct daily cleaning of machinery, mobile equipment and working environment.To assist with the maintenance of plant & machinery as necessary.
Requirements
Valid current NPORS 360 material handler licence essential. If you do not hold this or equivalent qualification, please do not apply.Loading Shovel licence desirable but not essential.Safe and competent knowledge of plant and equipment and understanding of Health & Safety.Ability to work as part of a team and own initiative when required.General numeracy and literacy to complete production reports.
