Previous experience working in a house building organization, carrying out similar tasks.Strong understanding of project procurement and financial management in the construction industry.Familiarity with BidScreenXL and FONN project management software is not required as training will be provided.Excellent communication and organizational skills.Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team.Full UK driving license for site visits.
