Strong accounting background, able to get into the numbers and dissect the balance sheet, P&L and cash flow statements.Strong Financial Management and Management Accounting experience, able to establish best practice from controls through to board reporting.Gravitas to influence up to c-suite/board level and the confidence to make key strategic decisions.
