Requirements

• Understanding of engineering and/or construction environment working on complex major projects.
• Comprehensive knowledge of planning techniques and how they link with construction methodology and logistics.
• High level of CAD modelling experience in AutoCAD / Revit / 3DS Max or similar software.
• Confident in delivering Synchro Open Viewer training and presentations to teams to promote the use of 4D.
• Highly organised, with the initiative to take responsibility.
• Skills in setting priorities and managing work pressures.
• Excellent communication skills, including visual, written, and verbal.
• Flexible working attitude, with a can-do team player approach.
• HND / Degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, Architecture, or a suitable alternative.
• Expert knowledge of the relevant modelling tools.
• Construction technical knowledge.
• Temporary works – a working knowledge and the ability to represent during model production.
• Methodology and buildability – a working knowledge of the different methods of construction.
