Job Description
GSL Education is looking for a Sports Coach across client schools located in Sheffield. We are searching for one who is self-motivated and enthusiastic, moreover, willing to inspire the future generation of young people.
Requirements
A degree in sports science, physical education, sports management, or a related field is often preferred.A background as a player in the sport being coached can be highly advantageous, providing firsthand knowledge of the game.Proven experience coaching athletes or teams, ideally at the level of the position you're applying for (e.g., high school, collegiate, professional).In-depth understanding of the sports rules, techniques, and strategies.Knowledge of effective training methods, conditioning, and injury prevention.Have excellent communication and interpersonal skills.Have an updated CV (covering the last ten years barring any unexplained gaps) and an enhanced DBS registered to the update service (or be willing to apply for one).
