Job Description
We have an exciting opportunity for an experienced HR Manager to join a charitable organisation based in Bradford. The role is managing a team of 3 and reporting into the Head of HR. There is a diverse workforce of around 450 employees based across the UK. The role will involve providing advice and support to line managers on complex ER cases, performance management and queries throughout the employee life cycle. It will also involve day to day managing, coaching, and training of the HR team, managing HR systems, reviewing HR policies, and supporting with payroll when requiredRequirements

Previous HR Management experienceTeam management experienceStrong knowledge of ER processes and handling complex ER casesA good understanding of UK employment law and ACAS best practicesEmpathetic with strong communication skillsGood IT skills including ExcelCIPD is an advantage but not essential
