An Architectural Practice is seeking an experienced CDM Consultant to take up an Associate Director position within the company. This consultancy specialises in sectors such as Heritage but have a varied workload. This practice places a strong emphasis on design focused H&S delivery. In addition to a professional work culture, the office fosters a vibrant and dynamic atmosphere, providing a unique balance of career growth and enjoyable, day-to-day experience The Associate Director of CDM Role As the CDM Consultant, you will be responsible for overseeing and a team of Principal Designers, providing mentorship and technical delivery yourself. This is a client facing role and will include management activities such as invoicing, taking interviews etc. The Associate Director of CDM Will Have: NEBOSH Construction (required) Tech IOSH (minimum) APS membership (Required) Design degree: Architecture / Civil Engineering / Engineering / Surveying (preferred) Experience: At least 5 years of experience in CDM or a relevant field Skills: Strong communication abilities, attention to detail, and the capacity to work both independently and as part of a team.
