Job Description
We're looking to recruit a motivated Inbound and Outbound Advisor for a growing telecomms technology specialist based in the Cottingham Road area of Hull. The main purpose of the role is to help the team migrate new customers to the company's technology platform.
Requirements
- Excellent Planning and Memory: You will be monitoring a number of incidents at any one time, and your decisions directly affect both quality of service and company profitability.
- Team Skills: You will need to work with a small team of people within the control room, and good communication is essential.
- Customer Skills: An excellent telephone manner and the ability to reassure customers.
