We are working with a forward-thinking accountancy firm that currently has an exciting opportunity for an experienced Payroll Senior to join their dynamic team. Role Overview: Our client is seeking a Payroll Senior with at least 6 years of experience, primarily in payroll services, including managing a portfolio of clients. The successful candidate will have a strong client focus and be dedicated to delivering top-notch service. Key Responsibilities: Manage and review the work of junior team members assigned to payroll clients Handle all aspects of auto-enrolment and pension uploads Maintain accurate payroll records and ensure compliance with relevant regulations Build and maintain strong relationships with both clients and internal team members Experience and Skills: Previous experience using Sage Payroll or IRIS Payroll Professional is a plus but not essential Strong communication skills, both written and verbal Proficiency with IT, including Microsoft Outlook, Excel, and Word A proactive, team-player attitude with a commitment to a long-term career in practice Benefits: Competitive salary between £42,000 - £50,000, plus pension contributions Flexi-time for a healthy work-life balance Full CPD training and development opportunities Work in a modern open-plan office with free refreshments Career progression within an ICAEW and ACCA-approved training practice If you're a motivated and experienced payroll professional looking for the next step in your career, we’d love to hear from you!
